How Do I Place My Order ?
Placing an order on PeltFit is quick and simple. Follow the steps below to complete your purchase:
- Browse our collection and select the product you wish to purchase.
- Choose your preferred size, color, or variant (if applicable).
- Click Add to Cart and proceed to Checkout.
- Enter your delivery details and select your preferred payment method.
- Review your order and click Place Order to confirm.
How will I know that my order is placed successfully?
Once your order’s placed, you will get a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with all the details, including your order ID. When your package ships, our delivery partner will message you with tracking updates. After that, just chill and get ready to unwrap something awesome.
How long does delivery take?
We usually dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are faster, while remote areas may take a little longer.
How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also log in to your account and check under “Orders” for live status updates.
What if my order is delayed or hasn’t arrived?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
My payment went through but my order wasn’t confirmed. What should I do?
First, check if you have received a confirmation email. If not, your payment might be pending with your bank. Kindly check your bank account to confirm whether the amount has been debited. In case of a payment failure, any deducted amount is usually reversed by the bank within 10 business days. Can I return or exchange my product?
