Customers may request cancellation of an order at any time. If the order has already entered the shipping or fulfilment process, cancellation may no longer be operationally possible and our Refund & Return Policy will apply.

Hygiene-sensitive products including compression wear and vests are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product received is defective, damaged or incorrect.

For defective, damaged or incorrect products, after verification we may provide a replacement or full refund, as applicable.
