A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it is available for immediate dispatch. This helps us manage demand and ensure fair access to our limited drops.
Payment
All pre-orders require full payment at checkout to secure your order. Orders will only be confirmed after successful payment.
Dispatch Timeline
Pre-order items are not ready for immediate shipping. Dispatch will take place once production and quality checks are completed.

- We do not commit to exact dispatch dates for pre-orders.
- Timelines may vary depending on production, logistics, and demand.
Order Updates
Customers will be notified via email/SMS once the order is dispatched. We may also share updates via our official Instagram or website.
Cancellations
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production is planned based on confirmed orders.
Refunds & Exchanges
Pre-order items are eligible for:
- Size exchange (subject to availability)
- Defect related replacements
Refunds will only be issued in case of:
- Product unavailability
- Verified manufacturing defects (as per our return policy)
Combined Orders
If your order includes both pre-order and ready to ship items, the entire order will be dispatched together once the pre-order item is ready.
Delays
While we strive to deliver as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept this.
Transparency Commitment
