Dispatch Timeline

Pre-order items are not ready for immediate shipping. Dispatch will take place once production and quality checks are completed.

Order Updates

Customers will be notified via email/SMS once the order is dispatched. We may also share updates via our official Instagram or website.

Cancellations

Refunds & Exchanges

Pre-order items are eligible for:

• Size exchange (subject to availability)
• Defect-related replacements

Refunds will only be issued in case of:

• Product unavailability
• Verified manufacturing defects (as per our return policy)

Combined Orders

If your order includes both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, the entire order will be dispatched together once the pre-order item is ready.
