Return Policy
Timeframe:
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, provided the order was placed outside of sale or offer periods.
Condition:
Returned items must be in their original, unused, unwashed condition, with all tags attached. Return/exchange requests will only be accepted if the customer provides a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from start to finish, without cuts or edits.
Important Hygiene Notice:
In the interest of hygiene, safety, and product integrity, vests and compression wear are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We kindly encourage customers to review the size chart carefully before placing an order.
Defective Products:
If you have received a defective item, please share unboxing videos and clear photographs by emailing us at connect@peltfit.com. PeltFit Care will assist you promptly.
Return Refusals:
We reserve the right to decline returns if items appear used, washed, damaged, altered, or spoiled, unless delivered in that condition.
Return Charges & Refunds
Return Fee:
A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 per order will be deducted from your refund, regardless of the number of items in that order.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued as credits to your PeltFit Wallet, which may be used toward future purchases or refunded back to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy

Exchange items must be in their original, unused, unwashed condition, with all tags attached. Please note that vests and compression wear are exempt from exchanges due to hygiene considerations, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Return/exchange requests will only be accepted if the customer provides a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from start to finish, without cuts or edits.
Exchange Fee:
A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 applies.
Price Difference in Exchanges

If the new item is priced higher, the difference must be paid upfront via a prepaid payment method.

If the new item is priced lower, the balance amount will be issued as credits to your PeltFit Wallet for future purchases.
Return & Exchange Process
Initiation:
Returns or exchanges may be initiated through our website by following the required steps.
Approval:
Requests are reviewed by PeltFit Care, typically within 48 hours of being raised.
Reverse Pickup:
Reverse pickup will be arranged only after confirmation from PeltFit Care.
Packaging:
Please ensure items are packed securely and returned in the same condition and manner in which they were delivered.
Refund Method:
For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued as credits to your PeltFit Wallet or refunded back to the original payment method.
Exchange Dispatch:
Exchanged products will be dispatched only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and passed a quality check.
Sale or Offer Items:
Products purchased during Sale Events, Offer Periods, or Flash Sales are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
RTO & Re-shipping
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery (RTO – Return to Origin) caused by customer unavailability, an incorrect or incomplete address, or refusal to accept the package, an RTO handling fee of ₹50 will apply.
If the customer wishes to have the order re-shipped after return, an additional re-shipping fee of ₹60 will be charged.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.
